We’re making it easier to get out the door. Routes that fit the effort you’re bringing. A map that grows every time you move through it. A tool that belongs to the people who use it. We’re small, we’re obsessed, and we’re looking for a few more people to help us get it right.
We don’t need people who have all the answers. We need people who ask better questions and refuse to stop at the first roadblock. RoveOn exists because we kept finding a way around — or finding what was available to use — until we’d built what we actually needed. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
There’s a balance between speed and precision, and we want to get that balance right. What we’re building is for the long term, not just tomorrow. That means caring enough to do it well the first time — especially on the parts nobody sees. The magic users feel usually comes from the boring work behind it.
Work is part of your life, not all of it. RoveOn will consume us for a while — that’s real — but we want to know what else you care about. If you run, ride, or walk, that’s a huge plus — as we grow, we’d love to Rove together. Beyond that: what’s your community, how do you decompress, what do you love that has nothing to do with a keyboard? This team is going to spend a lot of time together. It should be time we all enjoy.
In the meantime — if you haven’t already, join the waitlist. The best way to understand what we’re building is to use it.
